eBay do not have the facility to apply a new template design to existing listings. You will need to either end the items and relist or revise the items individually. You can also use an advanced listing tool (we do not recommend TurboLister as it is very out-of-date now compared to other listing tools). Most listing tools will allow you to bulk create and manage items that have been listed using their tool e.g. Auctiva. There are some advanced listing tools that will allow you to bulk import and revise your current listings e.g LinnWorks.
