The standard way to do things on eBay manually or using Turbo Lister can be a little painful.  To make things quicker, easier and smarter, you would want to look to use a 'listing tool'.  There are lots of them out there on the market and they vary in quality, ease of use, features and cost. You could search Google for 'eBay listing tools' and you will find lots. The most basic/cheapest that would offer time savings is something like Auctiva.
